Cancellation conditions
Confirmatory deposit
At the time of booking it is required to send a deposit and the balance will be paid at the hotel during the stay.
For cancellations received with less than 30 days from the arrival date and in case of no-show, the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the room rate for the missing nights (overnight stay only) will be charged, with a maximum of three nights.

The following payment methods are allowed: cash up to € 3,000, debit cards, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancoposta), bank transfer (advance payments).
